Notes
General:
According to the 1790 census there were at least two other males under age 16, and one other female. The 1850 census gives a David Dickey living at the Poor Farm, age 73, which must be from this family, which would also verify through the 1800 census of Epsom, NH.
From John Mark Moses - "David Dickey, of Chester, bought the Tarleton place, 120 acres, of Aaron Burbank in 1782. He deeded 1794-1800, to Hanover, Robert and John Dickey, probably sons." A David Dickey signed the Association Test in Chester.
A Cemetery stone clearly reads D.D. 1805, but the rest is not very clear. There are two other stones, probably footstones. The stone next to D.D. is most likely his wife. That these belong to David Dickey and his wife found in a deed May 27, 1839 of Hanover Dickey which mentions the cemetery (354-58).
