Notes
General:
From deed dated August 5, 1807 from Jonathan Dickey to Hanover Dickey
To Hanover Dickey his heirs and assigns forever, a certain tract or parcel of land lying in said Epsom the same being the land and buildings that I purchased of David Dickey now deceased as by deed from the said David Dickey to me dated the fourteenth day of Novr 1800 will appear, excepting thirty acres taken off the lot No twenty in the second range which I deeded to my sister Hannanh Prescott as by deed dated December the 27th 1802 will appear, and also excepting one other piece of land which I sold to Jethro Libbee as by deed form me to said Libbey dated June the 23rd day 1807 will appear containing about thirty acres, all the land and buildings which I purchased of the said David Dickey, excepting the two pieces before mentioned.
Wife Polly Dickey quits all her claim of dower.
Earlier deed to Jonathan from David Dickey, part of lot 73 "where I now live".
The David Dickey would be the father and the above places Jonathan in this family.
He also sells land in 1809 to Samuel Goodhue, part of lots 1 & 2 with buildings, which is probably where Jonathan lived, and he and wife probably left Epsom at that
Paying poll and taxes in Epsom in 1806 are John, Hanover, Jonathan and Robert Dickey. Jonathan does not appear in 1800 or 1810 census in Epsom, as he may have been in household of father in 1800 and out of town by 1810.
