Wells Ferrin, born about 1782 probably Weare, NH. He married 28 Nov. 1805 Betsey Rande, daughter of Richard and Sally Rand of Epsom, NH She was born about 1776, Rye, NH and died 31 Aug. 1860, Wolcott, VT, and is buried there in Fairmount Cemetery. He was of Enfield, NH and on the tax lists there for 1805 and 1806. Before 1810 he mremoved to Wolcott, VT and remained there, where he was a farmer for many years. He is of Wolcott on both the 1850 and 1860 census.

Vital Records of Vermont, Betsey Ferrin died age 84-4-7, birth given as Rye. Mass (though incorrect, Rye NH) Parents Richard and Polly Rand
