The female children are not proven, other than Betsy whose Vermont death record reports parents. There are marriages with the last name Rand 1802, 1803, 1804, 1805, amd 1806. Richard's enumerations in census records is the only family to support this number of marriages.
Died age 92. In a document from 1817, Richard deeds to John oxen and other goods, including part of a church pew. In 1823 the pew was sold to James Babb and referred to the pew as shared by Richard and son John, (referring to the document of 1817).

In the name of God, Amen
I Benson Ham of Epsom in the County of Rockingham and State of New Hampshire, husbandman, being in a low state of health but of a perfect mind and memory do make and ordain this my last will and testament.
My will is that my just debts and funeral charges be aid by my executor.
First I give and bequeath to my wife Martha Ham all cows, house & sheep and all my household furniture to her & her heirs and assigns forever
2nd I give my daughter Agnes Stevens one dollar & to be paid to her in one year after my decease by my executor.
3rd I give to my daughter Peggy Marston one dollar & to be paid to her in one year after my decease by my executor.
4th I give to my daughter Jane Ham one dollar & to be paid to her in one year after my decease by my executor.
5th I give to my daughter Martha Ham one dollar & to be paid to her in one year after my decease by my executor.
6th I give to my daughter Elizabeth Ham one dollar & to be paid to her in one year after my decease by my executor.
7th I give to the children of my deceased son George W. Ham, viz. William Ham and Peggy Ham, one dollar each & to be paid to them in one year after my decease by my executor.
8th And all the rest and residue of my estate whether real or personal I give and bequeath to my son John Ham and him his heirs and assigns forever.
And I hereby constitute and appoint the said John Ham executor of this my last will and Testament hereby confirming this my last will and testament, In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this ninth day of March one thousand eight hundred and two, and declared by the said Benson Ham to be his last will and testament in presence of the subscribing witnesses. - Benson Ham

According to Osgood Genealogy "He fell by a rash act of his own hand through a depressed or insane state of mind which had attended him at intervals for two years. He was a farmer and captain of a militia company and resided on the homestead farm in Epsom, NH." James Babb, in his diary tells of his cutting his throat while feeding the swine in his barn.
Boston Gazette 11-11-1819 CAPT. ISAAC OSGOOD - We hear from Epsom, that a Capt. Osgood of that town, in a fit of derangement, put an end to his existence by cutting his throat on Wednesday last.
