The subscriber Executor of the last Will and Testament of JOSPEH SHERBURNE, late of Epsom, deceased, will exhibit his account at the Probate court to be holden in Epsom on the third Wednesday of May next for examination and allowance.

Will of Joseph Sherburne of Epsom 1805
In the name of God, Amen. I Joseph Sherburne of Epsom in the County of Rockingham and Sate of New Hampshire, Esquire, being sick and weak of body but of sound mind, memory and understanding do make this my last Will and Testament in name following: that is tosay after recommending my body to the dust and my spirit to the tender mercies of Him who gave it,
First of all I will that my just debts to be paid by my Executor out of my Estate.
Item, I give devise and bequeath to my wife one half of my homestead, one half of all the buildings thereon, one half of all the stock, one half of all the farming utensils of every kind, all the household furniture and the clock while she remains my widow. To take possession immediately after my decease. The household furniture (except the clock) was to be at her disposal - She is to __ my son David and James in __ out my daughters that are not now married, if they should marry while she continues my widow.
Item I give devise and bequeath to my sons Daniel and James Sherburne their heirs and assigns the other half of my homestead, one half of all the buildings thereon, one half of all the stock, one half of all the farming utensils of every kind, likewise all the land I own in the town of Epsom aforesaid that I have not before bequeathed - to take possession immediately at my decease except what I have given to my wife, those things I will that they receive immediately after she marries or at her decease except those things left at her disposal if my son Daniel and James should sell my home place, I will that my son Joseph Sherburne have my clock. I do therefore bequeath it to him if those circumstances should take place, they, that is my sons Daniel and James Sherburne pay out to my other children as follows: viz
To my son William Sherburne one dollar
To my son Joseph Sherburne Junr. one dollar
To my daughter Olive Wood, one dollar
To my daughter Betsey Rollins, one dollar
To my daughter Sally Dolbeer, one dollar to be paid to cash in three months after my decease.
To my daughters Lucy Sherburne, Molly Pitman Sherburne, Abigail Sherburne, Lydia Sherburne and Ruhamah Sherburne, one good cow each and as much household furniture when they are married as I have given my daughters that are now married - if any of my daughters that are not now married should not be married when they arrive at thirty years of age I will that they receive fifty dollars each out of my estate and the privilege of a room in the house. I also will that my son John Sherburne have a __ out of my estate as long as he may live.
Item, I give and devise to my sons William Sherburne and Joseph Sherburne and to my daughters Olive Wood, Betsey Rollins and Sally Dolbeer one dollar cash in three months after my decease to be paid by my executor
Item, I give and devise to my daughters Lucy, Molly Pitman, Lydia, Abigail and Ruamah one good cow each and as much household furniture as I gave my married daughters when they were married, to be paid to them by my executor when they are married. I give to my daughters that remain unmarried when they arrive to thirty years of age fifty dollars each to be paid by my executor, and likewise __ for them the privilege of a room in the house as long as they remain unmarried.
And lastly I constitute and appoint my son Daniel Sherburne sole executor of this my last Will and Testament and I do hereby revoke all by me heretofore made and ratify and confirm this and this only to be my last Will and Testament.
