William6 born about 1769, and died at Thetford, Vt. 19 November 1855, aged 84 (buried at the Post Mills Cemetery) [Vermont Vital Records to 1870]. He married first at Northwood on 9 February 1794, Betsey DREW. She must have died soon thereafter, and William married about 1797, Hannah COMSTOCK, the daughter of Samuel and Hannah (Dwinnell) Comstock. She was born 15 June 1773 and died 1 October 1852, and his buried with her husband. [Vermont Vital Records to 1870] They moved, along with her parents to Vershire, Vermont. see: John Adams Comstock, A History and Genealogy of the Comstock Family in America (Los Angeles, Cal.: 1949), p. 67. This couple is the household of Alba and Olivia Walker in the 1850 Census in Thetford, Orange Co., Vermont.
