Civil War Veteran. Enlisted age 42, 14th Regt. NH Infantry. Enlisted about Aug. 19, 1862, discharged July 8, 1865 from Savannah, Georgia.

There is one family of "Buzzell" in Epsom, NH based on Agricultural Census and US Census information. The father, Daniel died in 1841, and some of the male children begin to appear in the Agricultural Census of Epsom, NH in this order: 1) Daniel 2) Aaron 3) William, which would indicate the order of birth. Daniel and William appear in the home of Joanna Buzzell 1850 census.

1860 US Census for Chichester : William Buzzell, 29; Huldah, 25; Charles 4; and Clarence 1.
1880 US Census finds in home of Charles Carpenter of Chichester: William Buzzell (51), Clarence Buzzell (20) and a True James Buzzell, (23).

Bartlett of Raymond was appt; appraisers were Joseph Paage, George Folsom % George B.T.... all of Epping; inv included a 1 & 1/2 story frame house with 1 story ell, stable and carriage house in Epping Village
