Prescott, Organ Harmonium maker at 39 Main Street - or Prescott Brother's Musical Instruments at 37 1/2 Main Street, owned by Abraham and George D.B. Prescott.

WILL of Jeremiah Gordon 1835
In the name of god, Amen. I Jeremiah Gordon of Epsom in the County of Merrimack and State of New Hampshire, being of good health of body and of sound and perfect memory do make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following, viz.
First I will that all my just debts and funeral charges be paid out of my estate by my Executor hereafter named.
Secondly, I give and bequeath to Alphonso J. Burnham the following described part of the farm where I formerly lived, (near the papers Mills in said Epsom) viz. beginning at the south westerly corner of said farm, thence running northerly on the road fifty rods, thence easterly on a line parallel with the south side line to the river; thence on the river to the range way - thence on the range to land of John Tripp, thence westerly on the side line of lot No. eight to the bounds first mentioned, the same being a part of lot No. eight in the second range in said Epsom, together with all the buildings thereon. The said Alphonso to have and to hold the said property for and during the term of his natural live, and at his decease, Sally Burnham, wife of the said Alphonso is to have and possess the said property during her natural life, provided she shall out live her present husband, and in case the said Alphonso and Sally shall die without issue than the above described property is to be applied to the use and benefit of the preaching of the Gospel of the Congregational order in the Town of Epsom - if the said Alphonso J. and Sally Burnham should leave children, the same shall go to them.
Thirdly, I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Susannah Gordon and to Lydia Marden, sister of my wife, all the rest and residue of my estate both real and personal of every description, to have and to occupy the same without impeachment of waste, equally so long as they may live unmarried.
Fourthly, I give and devise to Jeremiah G. Marden, son of William Marden, all the property above bequeathed to my wife and to Lydia Marden, he to take possession of the same at the time of their decease or marriage provided the said Jeremiah G. Marden shall remain on the farm where I now live and manage the same in a good husband like manner until the decease or marriage of the said Susannah Gordon and Lydia Marden, and in case the said Jeremiah G. Marden shall decease, or leave the said farm prior to the time above named, the said Susannah and Lydia shall dispose of the said property in such manner as they may choose.
It is also my Will that Thomas Gordon should be supported out of my estate as long as he lives thereon.
I hereby nominate and appoint Thomas D. Merrill Esq. of said Epsom executor of this my last Will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty second day of June A (D) 1835. - Jeremiah Gorden

New Hampshire Statesman 8-13-1847 SUSANNAH GORDON (Marden)
At Epsom, July 28th, Mrs. Susannah Gordon, aged 77, relict of Mr. Jeremiah Gordon. She had long been a member of the Congregational church in that town, and humble and consistent in her walk. With a calm and unwavering faith in her precious Redeemer, she met the summons which called her to her final home. Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord. Printers in Maine and Vermont are requested &c.
