Pembroke, May 4 (1947) - Mrs. Mary D. Gile, 78, widow of Charles A. Gile, a resident of this town for the past 55 years, died Saturday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Everett Farnum of Pembroke street. She was born in Epsom, NH. Mrs. Gile was a member of the Pembroke Congregational church. She was a granger fro more than 50 years. Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Farnum, Mrs. Arthur Chickering, Mrs. W. Wallace Gooden, all of Pembroke; a son, Lawrence D. Gile of Pembroke, and seven grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at the Pembroke Congregational church Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock. The Boutwell Mortuary, Concord, is in charge of arrangements.

In the name of God, Amen
I Nicholas Dolbeer of Epsom in the County of Rockingham and State of New Hampshire Yeoman though infirm in body yet of a sound and disposing mind and memory '96 and knowing that it is appointed for all men to die '96 to make and ordain this my last will and Testament '96 that is to say, first of all, I give and recommend my soul into the hands of Almighty God who gave it, and my body I commit to the dust to be buried in a Christian like manner at the discretion of my Executor, hereafter to be named, and as touching such worldly estate as it has pleased God to bestow upon me, I give and dispose of in the following manner, (my funeral charges and debts justly due from me being first deducted from my estate and paid by my Executor) Viz. ----
Imprimis '96 I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Mary Dolbeer all my household furniture of every kind to be for her own use and at her sole disposal forever; also one thirt part of the annual income of all my real estate '96 and one third part of my Stock, such as oxen, cows, sheep, horse and swine so long as she remains my widow.
Item '96 I give and bequeath to my first and second sons Jonathan and John Dolbeer all my real Estate in Epsom consisting of about two hundred acres or more or less, to be divided equally between them according to quantity and quality at any time after the second son becomes of adult age, that they may agree upon '96 also two thirds of my stock such as oxen, cows, sheep, horse and swine, and all my farming utensils, to be equally divided between them '96 also the other third part of my stock which is herein first reserved for my wife after her decease, or ceasing to be my widow '96 also a colt two years old, I give to Jonathan Dolbeer aforesaid.
Item '96 I give to Stephen, Billy and Nicholas Dolbeer, my third, fourth and fifth sons, sixty dollars each to be paid to each as he becomes of adult age, by Jonathan and John Dolbeer out of my estate '96 and it is also my will that my third, fourth and fifth sons at a suitable age be put apprentices to learn some suitable trade or trades whereby they may be enabled to obtain an honest living.
Item '96 I give and bequeath to Patty and Molly my two daughters sixty dollars each, when they arrive at eighteen years of age '96 each to be paid by Jonathan and John Dolbeer aforesaid out of my estate '96 and should either of my children decease, leaving no lawful issue or before he or she or they become of adult age '96 said child or children so dying without lawful issue, their legacy to be divided among the surviving heirs equally '96 And
Lastly '96 I constitute and appoint Joseph Brown of Epsom sole executor to this my last will and testament '96
