Mrs. Jane Haynes, widow of the late John Haynes, died May 9 after an illness of several years of paralysis. She is survived by an adopted daughter, Mrs. Minnie Woodbury of Manchester. Her funeral occurred on Monday at New Rye church, Rev. Joseph Tucker officiated. The neighbors contributed beautiful flowers and her remains were buried in New Rye cemetery by the side of her husband.

EXECUTOR'S NOTICE.
The subscriber hereby gives notice that he has been duly appointed Executor of the last will and testament of JOHN S. HAYNES, late of Epsom, in the county of Merrimack, deceased, testate. All persons indebted to the estate of said deceased, are requested to make immediate payment, and all having claims to present them to the subscriber for adjustment.

WILL OF JOHN S. HAYNES 1850
In the name of God, Amen. I John S. Haynes of Epsom in the county of Merrimack and State of New Hampshire do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following, that is to say:
First I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Lucy Haynes the sum of five dollars and the whole of my household furniture as long as she shall remain my widow.
2nd I do also give and bequeath unto my son Nathan Haynes the sum of five dollars.
3rd I do also give and bequeath unto my son Jeremiah Hayes the sum of one hundred dollars provided he shall remain at home till he shall be twenty one years of age.
4th I also give and bequeath to my daughter Hannah wife of Benjamin Danforth the sum of ten dollars.
5th I also give and bequeath to my two daughters Mary D. Haynes and Lucy Haynes the sum of five dollars each and to my grand daughter May I. Haynes, five dollars.
6th I also give and bequeath to my daughter Sarah Haynes the sum of five dollars and if she lives with her mother until she is twenty one years of age, fifty dollars in addition.
7th I also give and bequeath to my son George S. Haynes the sum of one dollar. Which said several legacies or sums of money I will and order to be paid to each person named above respectively in one year after my decease if twenty one years of age, otherwise when each of them shall arrive at that age.
8th I further give and devise to my two sons Henry and Benjamin Haynes their heirs and assigns all my real estate situate in Epsom to have and to hold the same to them the said Henry and Benjamin Haynes their heirs and assigns forever, also all the personal estate which I may own at the time of my decease except the household furniture, provided that the said Henry and Benjamin Haynes shall suitably support and maintain their mother in sickness and in health so long as she shall remain my widow and provided further that they support and maintain my sister Mary Haynes and my son Nathan Haynes during their natural lives in sickness and in health on the homestead farm. And further order that each of my sons and daughters have a home at my house as long as they remain unmarried and further will and order all said legacies and all my just debts to be paid out of said real estate by my executor herein after names, and lastly I do hereby constitute and appoint William Ham sole executor of this my last will and testament and hereby revoking al former wills by me made, in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 31st day of July AD 1850. - John S. EPSOM - Timothy B. Langley, 78, retired farmer, died at the Margaret Pillsbury unit of the Concord hospital after a short illness. He had been a patient there a week.
He was born in Epsom and had made his home here most of his life.
Survivors are two sisters, Mrs. Nellie Wallace and Mrs. Hettie Langley, both of Concord; a daughter, Mrs. Marion Mank, Damariscotta, Me.; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Doris B. Philbrick of this town; four grandchildren; three great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
Services wil be held at the Baptist church Saturday afternoon.

YOUNG BULLROCK
WILL stand the ensuing season for the use of mares at the following places, will commence on Saturday may 14, at Joel P. Tibbet's tavern in South-Deerfield, and will be there on all the Saturdays through the present season. Also will be at Col. Daniel Cilley's tavern in Epsom, on Monday, May 16, and will continue to be there on all the Mondays through the season, and the rest of the time at the subscribers in Epsom.-
Said horse is fifteen hands high, four years old and of a dark bay color, and is said to be one of the finest horses that ever was raised in the County; and has all the good qualities of the old noted Bullrock that was owned by Benjamin Thompson. Any person that wishes to examine said horse, may have an opportunity by calling at the above names places.
Terms. $150 the leap, 250 the season and to warrant as parties can agree.
