General Notes: Husband - Eldad Langley
A minor child at the time of his father's death.
Called Adalad Langley in the History of Nottingham which also includes the following:
"...was fond of fishing and hunting, and so lived much abroad, and shared largely in the society of the Indians that were found near North Pond and along North River, flowing from it through Tuttle's corner. Tradition has it, that he became enamored of a beautiful Indian girl, and made her the mistress of his humble dwelling, and that she proved an excellent wife and mother."
Revolutionary War Pensions give Benjamin as the son of Eldad, and Winthrop a brother to Benjamiin. Rockingham County deeds indicate that the homestead was left divided equally to Benjamin and Moses, which would indicate another son. The census of 1790, Nottingham, 1-0-3 which might indicate some unknown daughters.
