Already given as of Chichester, he buys land, part of lot 59 from Simeon Hilliard, November 8, 1796. He deeds land, part of the same lot in 1801 to Peter Hook, mortgage, and to Moses Lane, acres with buidings in 1802. A 1/12th part of 'Brown's' sawmill is deeded to Thomas Butters in 1816.
Josiah Page married in 1822, Hannah Marston of Pittsfield. He buys land in Epsom in 1828 from Philip C. Kelley of Chichester.
Josiah and Hannah Page Chichester sell Sally Eaton of Concord, and Catherine and Rhoda Page of Chichester, 2 and a half acres part of lot 59 in Chichester, bounded on land I sold to my sisters Sally Eaton and Rhoda Page Sept. 1826 with buildings on the same.
The above deed connects Josiah to his sisters, and the land is part of the same lot owned by Joseph Page.

The Epsom town records would imply that Josiah is taking care of his mother, whose age matches that shown the the Census records.
Catherine R. and Rhoda are apparently still living in the divided property sold to them by Josiah in the 1860 US Census for Chichester. Rhoda appears in 1850 with True M. Page, son of Josiah and Hannah.
