In the Name of God Amen the Twenty Eighth Day of May anno Domini one Thousand Seven hundred and fifty seven I Tucker Cate of Greenland in the province of New Hampshire Yeoman Being very week of Body * * *

Item I Give unto my three daughters viz Abigail Cate, Rachel Cate and Sarah Cate, the use and privilege of one half of my Dweling house Sellar and Barne while they remain unmarried and a sufficiency of wood for fire to burn in said house during said term

Item I give to my grandson Jonathan Allen five shillings old tenor to be paid unto him by my Executor herein after mentioned within one year after my decease
