Buried in the Brackett-Libbey Cemetery, Epsom, NH. Died age age 84. Brackett genealogy says he settled on a farm in Epsom, NH in 1772. Was in Moses Hazen's Regt. and that of Col. John McClary. According to the Brackett Genealogy (1907) his will dated Decmebr 8, 1806, he devised and bequeathed his farm to his wife during her life, upon her decease to his son-in-law, David Keniston, then to his son James Keniston and his heirs; to son James, one dollar "as he was well provided for'" to son Greenleaf Clark, one dollar to be paid in six months; and to son Hanover, one dollar to be paid in one year after the death of the testator, respectively; to each of his daughters, small bequests; residnue to his wife, to be disposed as she might see fit. The witnesses to the will were Tufton Wiggin and Enoch Clark.
It then passed to Ebenezer's grandson John L. Brackett, though by deed in 1807 to son Greenleaf with reverse deed for care, all land that he owned and where he now lived.
