This family would be Daniel Marden who married Clara Ferrin. This would seem to be disputed by the facts above....Dora Jacobs is of Epsom, she is a sister in law to Charles Robbins who married Ann Marden, making her a sister to Dora.

Mrs. Dorothy Irene Marden Zinn, 19, of Epsom died this morning at the Margaret Pillsbury hospital where she gave birth yesterday to still-born twin daughters. She was the wife of Erwin Zinn and passed most of her life in Chichester where she made her home with her grandmother Mrs. Isabel Marden.
Mrs. Zinn was a native of Chichester, and was educated in the public schools there, studying later at Concord High School. She belonged to the Chichester Congregational church and to Chichester grange. Besides her grandmother and her husband, the only survivor is a brother, John Marden of Chichester.
