Mentioned in Rockingham County Probate v. 33 p. 472 "20 May 1801 Nathan Marden of Chichester, yeoman, gdn (guardian) to Richard Mann a minor over 14 son of James Mann late of Epsom. [Marden Genealogy by Sylvia Fitts Getchell, p. 181]. She also suspects that this Richard is the male 10-15 in his household, 1810 US Census, Chichester.

Nathan Marden married Lucy Saturley, a daughter of Jacob and Sarah (Sanborn) Saturley, making her a step brother to James Mann and Sarah (Sanborn) widow of Jacob Saturley.
