William S. Wells passed away at his home Monday, March 14, aged 46 years, having been a great sufferer for several months. The deceased was a son of James L. and Abigail (Meserve) Wells. He was united in marriage to Lillian Baker, March 19, 1890. The surviving relatives are a wife, father and mother, one brother, Harvey J. Wells of Concord, a sister, Mrs. Rachel Pike, and a nephew, Charles C. Rogers, both of this town. The funeral will be held from the home Thursday at 1 0'clock.

EPSOM, June 9 - Mrs. Lillie M. Wells died early this morning at her home at Epsom Four Corners, after an illness of several weeks. Mrs. Wells was born in Deerfield on Feb. 8, 1860, and was the daughter of Rufus Baker and Lovina Heath Baker. She married William S. Wells in Manchester in 1890. There are no immediate survivors, her only living relatives being cousins, nieces and nephews.
Burial will be in the Short Falls cemetery.
