Also 5 acres and 1/2 lying on the same side of the road being part of one of the home lots formerly owned by John McClary Esq., also 2 pieces of land in lot 59 in the 2nd range being all the land that Amos Morrill purchased of Lt. Ephraim Locke in said lot No. 59, to contain all the aforesaid land excepting what I have heretofore sold to Henry C. Shapley, John Locke, Benjamin Moody and William Tucker, as will appear by deeds on record, to contain 90 acres be the same more or less. - William
