Deed of Richard Tripp Jr. to Jonathan Marden Dec. 12, 1805 - Land in Epsom part of lot 7 and the same lot that my Farther Richard Tripp and myself now lives on, the same taking its beginning on the west side of the road leading from the sawmill to Jermiah Gordon's then runnin westerly from the road nine rods and 13 links to a stake and stones and from thence southerly about 41 rods to a stake and stones standing by the road leading to benoni Critchets house and from thence easterly and northerly by the mill yard and also by the road leading to Mr. Gordon's to the firs mentioned bounds to contain two acres and 1/2 acre.
