Picture from 1903 Calendar of Cutter house, former Poor Farm.

This picture is a copy of a calendar found in the house when Bob Cutter took it over. The owner at the time, 1903, was Minot Yeaton, who had inherited it from his father, Daniel.

The Yeatons bought the farm from the town of Epsom in 1865 when it was decided to no longer run it as a poor farm.
